mfr2This class enables you to respond more precisely and efficiently to soft tissue restrictions throughout the entire trunk. Emphasis is given to normalizing vertebral motion via releasing the fourth layer back muscles. New assessment and palpation skills will be introduced to enable you to correct restricted facet joints.  You will leave with a significant increase in your ability to treat the most common client complaints, stiff and painful backs. Freedom in the breathing will be addressed with both direct and functional techniques.

Students will:

  • Expand their ability to make useful interventions to localized spinal stiffness and pain
  • Develop precise skills for releasing restrictions in breathing & the ribs
  • Understand basic spinal mechanics
